Shipping - AUSTRALIA

Free shipping for orders over $55 AUD. 

 

For orders under $55 these options are available:

  • Shipping + no signature = $8 flat rate
  • Shipping + signature = $10 flat rate

 

We use Australia Post and other couriers to suit the location of your shipping address. We recommend using the sign for delivery option to ensure safe delivery of your order. Noora Hair.Skin will not be liable for stolen or lost items if the no signature delivery option is selected.

Please allow a 6 - 8 working days for delivery of your parcel. All prices are in AUD and payment is accepted via Debit Card, Credit card, Paypal, direct deposit payment or payment over the phone. Please keep in mind we don't process/dispatch orders on Australian or Western Australian public holidays.

 

Shipping - INTERNATIONAL

We offer standard shipping to New Zealand via Australia Post, calculated at checkout, based on weight. All displayed prices are in AUD and payment is accepted in Debit Card, Credit card, Paypal, direct deposit payment or payment over the phone. Your financial institution may or may not charge fees for converting into AUD. If an International Order is declined but payment is processed due to an error in the system, that transaction will be void & refunded. Please keep in mind we don't process orders or ship parcels on Australian or Western Australian public holidays.

Customs / Duties / Taxes

You are responsible for payment of any import taxes, sales tax, value added tax, and customs duties that may be levied by your destination country/government/customs authority. If you defer this payment or fail/refuse to pay any applicable duties, any cost or duties which accrue in relation to the initial order and subsequent return (all shipping & handling) of this international order will be deducted in full prior to a refund of the purchase price of the returned goods.

Billing & Account info

Please ensure you check that the correct shipping address has been provided, as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if incorrect details are provided. Once payment for your order is processed & finalised, you will not be able to change any part of your order or “ship to”/“bill to” address.
