We have also provided an interactive hair quiz to help you pick the right product for your scalp & hair type. We ask that you pick carefully as change of mind returns can't be accepted.


Products & Prices

We are constantly formulating, reviewing existing products and creating new ones. So we reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any of our products, prices and/or product ingredient lists. It’s the nature of the beast!


Billing & Account info

Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address, as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if incorrect details are provided. Once payment for your order is processed & finalised, you will not be able to change any part of your order or “ship to”/“bill to” address so please make sure you check before submitting.

For subscription product/s; You agree to provide current and accurate account & billing information. You agree to promptly update your account information, including your email address and payment details and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as required.


Shipping - AUSTRALIA

We offer standard shipping via Australia Post for orders within Australia, this is calculated based on weight. These parcels are tracked and registered. Please allow a 3 - 6 business days turn around for delivery of your parcel. If you experience any delays beyond these times please get in touch with us via email and include your order number to: info@noora.com.au. All displayed prices are in AUD and payment is accepted via Paypal at checkout.

Free shipping is available to Australian customers if spending over $70 AUD. Please keep in mind we don't process or dispatch orders on Australian or Western Australian public holidays.


Shipping - INTERNATIONAL

We offer standard shipping to New Zealand via Australia Post, calculated at checkout, based on weight. All displayed prices are in AUD and payment is accepted via Paypal at checkout. Your financial institution may or may not charge fees for converting into AUD. If an International Order is declined but payment is processed due to an error in the system, that transaction will be void & refunded. Please keep in mind we don't process orders or ship parcels on Australian or Western Australian public holidays.

Customs / Duties / Taxes

You are responsible for payment of any import taxes, sales tax, value added tax, and customs duties that may be levied by your destination country/government/customs authority. If you defer this payment or fail/refuse to pay any applicable duties, any cost or duties which accrue in relation to the initial order and subsequent return (all shipping & handling) of this international order will be deducted in full prior to a refund of the purchase price of the returned goods.


Returns

If you should find faulty items or there is something not right, please get in touch with us as soon as you receive it. We may ask that you return the product back to us in the original condition and we will post a replacement back to you. Please return items within 10 days of the returns approval date. 

Please choose carefully as change of mind returns can't be accepted.


Promotions & special offers

From time to time we will provide promotional offers for new and existing /subscribed customers via our newsletter subscription. We may also have 1 or more other promotional offers running consecutively at any one time. These offers may or may not be able to be claimed together. If promotional codes and offers are used by unregistered emails (customers who do not hold an account) then we reserve the right to refuse the use of that promotion for that transaction or product.

‘Review & Samples’ Offer

As a thank you and for your loyalty we have on offer the ‘1 Review : 2 samples’ promotion. You can pick any 2 product samples from our haircare range and get it delivered to you, just by writing us a Facebook or Google review. In order to redeem this offer you must include in your review: which stockist or online store you purchased the item/s from, what you purchased and write about your experience/how you use that product. This offer is only available to anyone residing in Australia or New Zealand.


Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse the sale of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may, in our sole judgement, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person/ household or per order. We will exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided when the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
