Please note we may modify/update these terms of use at any time, without telling you, so please check this page periodically for changes. If we do make a change, the next time you use our website will mean you agree to the new amended terms of use.

We are very proud of the products we produce and the service we offer and we will do our best to prevent any delays or interruptions to the supply of our products or our website, but we cannot promise that the website/products will be available at all times. We may need to stop the operation of parts of the website or all of it, at any one time and without telling you. We will not be responsible for any loss, cost, damage or liability that may arise as a result of this.

Products & Prices

We are constantly formulating new products, and/or reviewing & finessing existing products. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any of our products, prices and/or product ingredient lists. It’s the nature of the beast!

Accurateness/ Completeness

We aim to provide accurate content on the website, but we do not guarantee this. The content is general in nature and does not constitute advice and should not be relied or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting more complete or timely sources of information. All material on the website is provided to you without warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose.

Limitation of Liability / Indemnity

To the extent allowed by law, we exclude all liability to any person for loss or damage of any kind arising from or relating to the use of this website or the materials on this website. Where any law implies a warranty into these terms of use which may not be excluded, then to the extent the law allows us, our liability for breach of the warranty will, at our option, be limited to the supply of the goods or services again or replaced; or paying the cost of having them supplied again, repaired (as applicable) or replaced.

We rely on you to comply with these terms of service stated herein, so if we suffer loss or damage or incur any costs because you breach these terms, you agree to indemnify us for those losses, damages and costs. You also indemnify us from and against all actions, claims, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of your use of the website.

Billing & Account info

Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address, as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery if incorrect details are provided. Once payment for your order is processed & finalised, you will not be able to change any part of your order or “ship to”/“bill to” address so please make sure you check before submitting.

Shipping - AUSTRALIA

Free shipping is available if spending over $55 AUD. All parcels are shipped/tracked via Australia Post for $8 with the option to upgrade to tracked + sign on delivery for $10. If authority to leave/no signature is selected, the customer will be liable if the item is stolen or left in an unsafe place. Noora Hair.Skin will not be liable for stolen or lost items if the customer has requested the no signature delivery option. We recommend using the sign for delivery option to ensure safe delivery of your order.

Please allow a 5 - 7 working days for delivery of your parcel. All prices are in AUD and payment is accepted via Debit Card, Credit card or Paypal at checkout. We also accept direct deposit payment via this page. Please keep in mind we don't process/dispatch orders on Australian or Western Australian public holidays.


We offer standard shipping to New Zealand via Australia Post, calculated at checkout, based on weight. All displayed prices are in AUD and payment is accepted via Debit card, Credit card or Paypal at checkout. We also accept direct deposit payment via this page. Your financial institution may or may not charge fees for converting into AUD. If an International Order is declined but payment is processed due to an error in the system, that transaction will be void & refunded. Please keep in mind we don't process orders or ship parcels on Australian or Western Australian public holidays.

Customs / Duties / Taxes

You are responsible for payment of any import taxes, sales tax, value added tax, and customs duties that may be levied by your destination country/government/customs authority. If you defer this payment or fail/refuse to pay any applicable duties, any cost or duties which accrue in relation to the initial order and subsequent return (all shipping & handling) of this international order will be deducted in full prior to a refund of the purchase price of the returned goods.


If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase we provide a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at info@noora.com.au within that time-frame if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues. A lot of the times it has to do with application methods so please get in touch straightaway and don’t wait because we can get to the bottom of it together!

We will ask that you return the product via registered post and that you pre pay all postage costs. Please return items within 15 days of the returns approval date. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Please choose carefully as change of mind returns can't be accepted.

Promotions & special offers

From time to time we will provide promotional offers for new and existing /subscribed customers via our newsletter subscription. We may also have 1 or more other promotional offers running consecutively at any one time. These offers may or may not be able to be claimed together. If promotional codes and offers are used by unregistered emails (customers who do not hold an account) then we reserve the right to refuse the use of that promotion for that transaction or product.

‘Review & Samples’ Offer

As a thank you and for your loyalty we have on offer the ‘1 Review : 2 samples’ promotion. You can pick any 2 product samples from our haircare range and get it delivered to you, just by writing us a Facebook or Google review. In order to redeem this offer you must include in your review: which stockist or online store you purchased the item/s from, what you purchased and write about your experience/how you use that product. This offer is only available to anyone residing in Australia or New Zealand.

Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse the sale of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may, in our sole judgement, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person/ household or per order. We will exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided when the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
